Brand Development

Fresh branding solutions for retail and hospitality. Brand development, positioning, direction, and strategy. Our combined experience in hospitality lets us thoroughly evaluate which brands best fit a project, whether new construction or a retrofit, or create a new one. We’ve learned how new brands can break through with a good project and how to reinvent a quiescent brand with a new interpretation of its fundamental ideals.

We have extensive experience and understanding of what makes a concept work; and we are well-versed in quickly getting acquainted with a new project to efficiently find solutions to the inherent complexities in hospitality.

Interior Designer

Worked in NYC for 20 years at top Hospitality Design firms Rockwell Group, Tihany Design, RTKL and David Mexico Design Group leading design teams through projects from concept design to completion.

Jessica Lianza

Interior Designer

Over 14 years of working experience, she has developed a wide range of projects in different scales mainly focused on the hospitality industry – from hotels, bars, and restaurants in Brazil, Europe, and the US, to a world-class Food Hall in South Korea.

Martin Magdeburg

Has opened, operated, expanded, brand-transitioned properties for global brands like Ritz-Carlton, One&Only, Raffles, GHM, Mandarin Oriental and W Hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and USA

Interior Designer

Worked on the development of interior and concept designs for mixed use projects in Argentina and Uruguay. Seeking new projects around the world to discover their unique spirit through design. Current interior design project lead for the W Hotel in Buenos Aires.
